Horticultural bags

Jute or burlap is a robust fabric made of natural fibers. Due to the extremely high flexibility and tear resistance of the fibers, jute is ideal as a gardening and storage bag. The airy weave and the natural fiber ensure that moisture escapes well from the bag, and the content can be stored for a long time.

In order to pack crops, feed or goods safely, we recommend Zill PE film bags.  They are extremely versatile and are ideal for transporting and storing crop as well. Due to the use of high-quality PE (polyethylene), our bags are particularly durable and airtight.

The bags are made of a high-quality PP woven fabric (polypropylene), making them flexible, heat-resistant and extremely durable. PP is a very stable plastic, which is why the bags are characterized by their enormous tear resistance. Thanks to the air permeability, no moisture can collect in the bag.

Our woven PP bags are also available specifically for flood protection.

Edge bags are filled with round gravel to weigh down fleeces and films in horticulture. Zill edge bags consist of an HDPE monofilament yarn that has been woven closely together, which allows rainwater to flow off. The robust material and the high UV stability ensure that the edge bag achieves the highest possible service life.

Every Raschel bag is provided with a double bottom seam, so that nothing can go wrong during transport and storage. The coloured filling markings (red or red/black) make the handling easier.
