Bale netwraps

Bale netwraps are specifically produced and designed for wrapping (round) bales. They are geared towards balers which press and directly wrap the bales.

Bale netwraps are made of polyethylene (HDPE), are very sturdy and designed for extreme exposure. The PE threads are woven in the form of weft and warp threads to a close-meshed, high-performance net.

The bale nets are inserted into the round baler. Once the crop (straw, hay, etc.) has been picked up by the baler and pressed into bales of a certain size, the bale is wrapped/tied with the netwrap and then ejected.

Bale netwraps find their application mainly in agriculture. They are processed in round balers to wrap compressed bales of straw, hay or other plants. This gives the bale stability and allows it to be transported and stored in a space-saving manner or ensiled with the help of stretch films.

Bale netwraps are needed by farmers and contractors and are mainly used in agriculture for the professional production of round bales from straw, hay or other plants.

Bale netwraps are needed when straw, hay or grass has to be compressed in the form of round bales. This makes it easier to transport and store the crop, and it can additionally be stretch-wrapped if needed. If the bales are to be stored outside, they can be covered with our bale protection fleece PolyTex® and thus protected from the weather.

Bale netwraps are used in agriculture in the field of professional and modern bale wrapping silage. Moreover, they are used in straw and hay storage.

Bale netwraps are useful because they can be used to quickly and flexibly form small as well as larger quantities of harvested plants. It also makes the bales stable and suitable for storage. Furthermore, bale wrapping silage is often used in addition to the clamp, but also as an alternative to it.
