A barrier film must be able to do more than just achieve maximum oxygen blockage. It must be able to minimise the effects of heat from sunlight and be safe and stable during handling in the silo. This is exactly what the new agrifol® infraprotect offers!
The EVOH layer provides an outstanding oxygen barrier, the film surface in blue metallic can significantly reduce the heat input from sunlight - especially in the infrared range with the highest heat energy - and the film thickness of 110 µm ensures the necessary tear resistance and safety in the silo.
